Meredith O’Hanley

Founder of Deeper Dive Wellness | BCHN, CDSP, FNTP, LMT

Meredith O’Hanley (formerly Martin) is a lifelong advocate for holistic health and integrative wellness. Dedicated to helping others live vibrant, balanced lives, Meredith blends mind-body healing, nutritional therapy and compassionate care in every aspect of her practice.

After earning her B.A. in Psychology from Rhode Island College, Meredith followed her calling into therapeutic bodywork and graduated from Dovestar Holistic Technology Institute in 2001. That same year, she opened her practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist, marking the beginning of a 25+ year journey in holistic healthcare.

Meredith is extensively trained in a wide range of therapeutic and visceral healing modalities, including Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (Freedom from Pain Institute) and Gynovisceral Manipulation/Manual Therapy, which supports optimal reproductive and pelvic health. Her work integrates these modalities to address post surgical recovery, fertility challenges, pelvic pain and reproductive organ function; always with the goal of restoring harmony and vitality to the body.

At Deeper Dive Wellness, Meredith fosters a deeply collaborative relationship with her clients—listening, supporting, and exploring the root causes of imbalance. Her philosophy centers on diving deeper: preparing the body for an ideal pre and post op experience, uncovering the underlying patterns contributing to pain, gut/digestive, hormonal dysfunction or fertility concerns and guiding each client toward their unique vision of health, happiness, and well-being.

Meredith’s passion Surgical Preparation and Recovery was inspired after her own postive experience.  Fertility Care and Women’s Wellness was born from her own personal journey to motherhood. Today, she address gut + metabolic issues, weight loss health, specializes in preparing the body nutritionally and mindfully for surgery (cosmetic in particular) natural fertility enhancement, miscarriage healing and recovery, hormone balance and peri- to post-menopausal support. Her mission is to support and empower individuals of all ages—whatever their health and wellness goals may be.
