  • Holistic Whole Body + Nutrition + Lifestyle. Multi-faceted, multi-factorial, and very dynamic. Very exploratory!

We take a Deep Dive into the whole of YOU. No stone left unturned. Please see my interview on the Fertility Challenges Page to give you a glimpse of my methodology.

  • The first step is scheduling a Consultation. From there we determine what moving forward looks like for you - if you decide you would like to partner.

  • No, of course not! While certainly enhancing the conceptive architecture - mobility, circulation, and blood flow to the Reproductive Organs + the pelvis as a whole, it is not a necessity. In some cases, it can be (and has been) a game changer for some.

Generally, it's a very positive incorporation and can be quite nourishing to the soil (think of fertilizer, no pun intended !) However, I've had a number of women conceive never having touched them.

  • Do your best to detach from the timeline. You can not control time, outcomes, or the future. You can plan but not control. Take the best care of yourself and enjoy your life and your partner as tomorrow is unpredictable and not promised.

Basing your happiness upon a condition is not living. Live to live and not live to try for conception.

What is meant for you will not miss you!
